Couple Sound Bath
Sounds has been utilised in various cultured since thousands of years with the intention to rebalance the body.
Using frequencies and tones can improve physical and emotional health. The stable frequency of the sounds change the brainwaves into a Theta state which allow a shift of your energy and internal healing.
Tibetan Singing Bowls: From Tibet or Nepal, those sacred bowls mainly composed of 7 metals are attuned to 7 musical notes. It creates deep vibrations into the water of your body which reach the nervous system and every layers of the body including the spiritual body for a deep release and re-harmonisation.
Couple Sound Bath will provide you an intimate and deep relaxation between you and your loved one.
1h session includes breath-work, meditation, Sound Bath and a tea.
Massage therapy will target the source of the body pain to eliminate tensions, and providing relaxation to the body as whole.
Ayurvedic massage : Used for 3000 years in India, the focus of this treatment is to balance all the element into your body, air fire and earth. This dynamic massage will boost your immune system and the level of energy into your body. Ideal at the beginning of seasons or when feeling very tired.
Polynesian massage : The contact with each other trough touch and energy, spiritual and therapeutic practice inherited from the Polynesian ancestors. Using forearms and elbows creating movement thorough the whole body as a wave bring deep relaxation.
Intuitive massage: Combination of different practices, such as Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Polynesian, deep tissu adapted to the person.
Following the treatment a body reading will be completed regarding whats blocks into your fascia.
Group Yin Yoga Sound Healing
A slow pace yoga focus into openings to increase blood pressure, energy circulation and flexibility. The yin is the passive calm side of your energy.
Paired with the sound of the Tibetan bowls to relax your mind and body. It will release deep blockages and reharmonise the body energy.
During the class, while settling down in poses, the appropriate bowl will be played to help enter a meditative state, open up and re-align the chakras.

Massage with vibrations of the sounds.
This massage will reach your chakra and energetic body such as your aura.
Very efficient treatment, if trouble to sleep, chronic fatigue, high level of stress and anxiety, trauma release.
It will clean open and balance the flow of energy into each of your chakras and strengthening the layers of your aura around you.
I will use the Tibetan bowls all around your body and in your body to strengthen the vibration and creating release into your body and bringing back the necessary universal energy.
Yoga means Union in Sanskrit, the unity between, physical, mental and spiritual level. There are 8 limbs to reach the Yoga, the popular ones are : Asanas the physical postures; Pranayamas breath work; Dhyana meditation.
Yoga will help with stress relief, improve mental health, reduce anxiety, boost immune system, improve sleep.
A regular practice of Asana will increase flexibility and balance, decrease inflammation and chronic pain.
A regular practice of pranayamas will increase lungs function, positively affect nervous system, purge the body of carbon dioxide.
A regular practice of Dhyana will increase focus, concentration, improve mindfulness and self esteem, lower stress and anxiety.
I propose classes of Vinyasa Yoga, a flow of movement paired with the breath to create fluidity into the physical body. Power yoga, an intense practice paired with pilates strengthening exercises to reinforce the physical body and the posture.
Yin yoga, a slow pace practice to stretch the deep muscles and open up the body.

Pranayama practice allows the life force (prana) to flow into the body getting read of emotional and physical obstacles.
It will help you with breath control, detoxify the body it open blockages and gives a feeling of happiness into the mind and brain.
Breath work will increase your concentration deeply calm your nervous system and help your regulate your mood.
I add breath work into each of my practices, to help people ground themselves, slow down the mind and be fully present.
